We observed the placement of CMU, mortar, bond beams, reinforcing steel bar size, spacing, clearance, lap splices, ladder placement, and the overall condition of the walls. We observed that the wall at Gridlines SSS.4/26.0-29.8 was missing all vertical and horizontal reinforcing steel. The walis at Gridlines SSS.4/34.0-35.0, and SSS.4/40.3-43.0 appeared to be in general accordance with the project plans and specifications. No one from Vogelman West was present.
