We observed holes drilled by PCL into existing slabs on the upper basement level and the terrace level for elevator #2 doorway. PCL utilized a wire brush and shop vacuum to clean the holes. We observed the holes for depth, diameter and overall cleanliness. The holes appear to be in general compliance with manufacturer's recommendations of 5 5/8" depth for#5 bar using Hilty HY150 epoxy. We observed reinforcing steel placed by PCL for the stairs from the terrace level to level 1 at gridlines HHH.O/23.4. We observed the reinforcing steel for bar size, spacing tolerances, clearances from forms, and lap splice.
