We have � modified the plan to include the anoving of tl�e door into ttte hatl�xoozn to facilitate handicapped ; compliance, as you requested. In accordance witl�your project review comments of 10/28/10, I have had the architeet make additions that should meet most of your requirements. � I would again emphasize that we are not modiiyinb the ventilation system, lighting or electrical, except for the removal of outlets at the new door location. The space is in final condition as to those matters and in fact the painting has been substantial completed. All of thc engineering plans and specifications relatii�g to those eYisting iinprovements are already in your files in connection with the prior renovation by Vail Resorts, Inc. The Landlord, Lazier Lionshead, LLC, has the contractual liability and obligation ta upgracle the fire sprinkler system. Bob Lazier l�as hired Alliance Mechanical to engineer and instatl th.ose system components. They have or will contact your offices for necessary permits, at2d should be responsible for any necessary engineering that results in any changes or modifications to the premises.
