BUILDING DEPARTMENT COMMENTS
1 Revise plans to indicate the 2009 International Building Codes and 2008 National Electric Code as adopted by Town of Vail.
2 Revise plans entirely to provide compliance with type B dwelling unit provisions of IBC 1107 and ANSI 117.1 chapter 10 for R-2 occupancy group. This is an existing type B dwelling
unit.
3 Delete all non-applicable general notes indicating wood construction, outdated code editions, and incorrect insulation R-values.
4 Revise electrical lighting plans to provide a minimum 50% high efficacy lamps per 2009 IECC 404
