I have also enclosed a revised site plan that includes the comments from your e-mail dated 12 -09 -10 as follows: -Noted that the portions of the driveway snowmelt heat system in the street right -of -way must be on a separate zone and labeled at the control box. - Noted the gas and electric meters must be painted to match the adjacent stone walls. - Noted retaining walls at the rear of the house shall be setback a minimum of 2 feet from the property line. - Noted that the landscape light A will be permanently fixed in a downward position making it a "full cut -off' fixture. -We will submit Utility Verification & Approval forms as they come in. Finally, we noticed that the landscape plan had show two aspens to be removed at the south west corner of the property that our site plan did not.
