P.O.Box 4511 • Avon,CO 81620 • Phone(970)524-0990 • Fax(970)524-0991 • www.marmotelectric.com � c � —v3Z�— lane Snyder Mosaic Architects 1829 Pearl Street Boulder,CO 80302 Re: Scope of work for the Angelo Unit 313 Hall Capture 1ane, Here are the items that I see in our scope of work at the Angelo 313 Hall Capture project. • Relocate electrical distribution panel as shown on page A3.0.Any existing wiring for panel that is not sufficient length to reach new panel location will be spliced in an accessible junction box in ceiling. • Relocate Vail Mountain Lodge hall cove lighting as shown on schematic electrical plan on page A3.0. • Separate any Vail Mountain Lodge wiring from Unit 313 wiring. • Add lighting and outlets as shown on schematic electrical plan on page A3.0. • Relocate switching as shown on schematic electrical plan on page A3.0. • Remove exit sign as shown on schematic electrical plan on page A3.0. • Add floor heat at new entry floor, remove junction box for existing floor heat and re-feed floor heat with new wall outlet. Provide new separate control. • Add arc fault breakers and tamper proof for remodel areas. • Fire sprinkler and fire/smoke alarm work is not included in the scope of work performed by Marmot Electric.
