The condo was heated with electric baseboard heaters. We propose to replace some of the baseboard heaters with in floor heat in the kitchen and bathroom. We are using U.S. Heating Systems as a company for the in -floor heat. Heat Loads: Kitchen in floor heat 195 sq. ft. 2925 watts 240 volt 12.18 amps. I will us a 20 amp 240 volt GFI 2 pole dedicated breaker. Bath in -floor heat 37 sq. ft. 555 watts 120 volt 4.6 amp. I will use the existing circuit which had a 3 ft baseboard heater originally and change the breaker to a GFI 20 amp single pole. Light Loads: The kitchen had 8 -40 watt 4 ft. fluorescent bulbs originally. I propose to use the same switch leg and replace with 6 recessed cans with fluorescent bulbs. The bar had two sconces on the wall and I propose to use the same switch leg and replace with two recessed cans with fluorescent bulbs. The living room had only switched outlets and I propose to replace with two recessed cans with fluorescent bulbs. The two bedrooms had switched outlets and I propose to replace with a ceiling light. I propose to move the range outlet to a new location. I propose to use the two kitchen circuits that are existing and add two outlets downstream and change the circuit to GFI.
