Affected Areas: LACA Garage Elevator.
There are 2 smoke detectors in the LACA elevator shaft. Both smokes detectors need to be changed to heat detectors, Simplex Grinnell will be out Monday 11/8/10 to install and re-program
heat detectors to communicate with the fire panel.

Requirements:
A copy of this document is to be posted at the following locations.
All fire department connections
The fire sprinkler control room
The fire alarm panel
The construction area (in public view)
The MOD log
Any other locations specified by the fire department, as follows:
