� executed and recorded on September 17, 1971 in Book 221 at Page 717, identifying

C. An Amendment to Condominium Declaration for Gore Creek Plaza Condominium was
recorded on October 27, 1971 in Book 222 at Page 74 ("Amendment to Condominium
Declaration").
D. Exhibit"A"of the Declaration sets forth the legal description of the property subjected to
the Condominium Map and Declaration, and Exhibit"B" sets forth the appurtenant
undivided percentage interests in the general common elements allocated to each of the
Units("Allocated Interests").
E. The Declaration in Article 20 provides for the Amendment to the Condominium
Declaration relating to the alteration of the Units and a change in the Allocated Interests
of each Condominium Unit.
� F. The undersigned Owners represent an aggregate ownership of one hundred percent
(100%) of the general common elements, and the undersigned holder of deeds of trust on
Units 1,2, 3, and Penthouse represents one hundred percent(100%)of the holders of

Amendment to Condominium Declaration.

� 1. Dedication of Property. Pursuant to the Declaration,the First Amended Plat, and as
; provided for in paragraph 2 below,the property described in Exhibit"A" (attached and
4 incorporated by this reference) is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the
Declaration,the Amendment to Condominium Declaration,this Second Amendment to
Condominium Declaration, and the First Amended Map.

2. First Amended Map. Pursuant to this Second Amendment to Condominium Declaration,
the Owners have prepazed and recorded, in the records of the Office of the Clerk and
Recorder of Eagle County, Colorado at Reception No. , the First
Amended Map for the Gore Creek Plaza Building covering the property described in
' E�chibit"A."
3. Termination of First Plat. Upon recording of the First Amended Map, the Map which
was recorded September 17, 1971 in Book 221 at Page 717 shall be null and void and be
of no further force and effect.
4. Modification of Existin�Condominium Units. The Owners have modified the
boundaries of existing Condominium Units and such modified boundaries are set forth in
the First Amended Map referred to above.
5. Allocated Interests. The Allocated Interests allocated to each Unit are set forth in E�ibit
"B" of the Second Amendment to Condominium Declaration and incorporated by
reference,replacing all such Allocated Interests of Units set forth in Exhibit"B"to the
Declaration.
6. General Common Elements and Limited Common Elements. General Common
Elements and Limited Common Element interests appurtenant to all Condominium Units
as set forth in the Declaration or the Map have been altered and are hereby replaced and
reallocated by those set forth in the First Amended Map.
7. Access Easements. The Owners hereby create and reserve unto themselves, their guests,
and invitees an access easement for ingress and egress over and through the areas marked
on the Map as Access Easement(Created by this Plat).

8. Emer ency Easements. A nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress is hereby
� granted to all police, sheriff, fire protection, ambulance, and other similar emergency
� agencies or persons, now or hereafter servicing the Condominium Project, to enter upon
' any part of the Condominium Project in the performance of their duties.
9. Definitions. Unless otherwise defined in this Second Amendment to Condominium
; Declaration, capitalized terms defined in the Declaration shall have the same meaning in
E this Second Amendment to Condominium Declaration as provided for in the Declaration.
10.No Other Amendments. Except as amended by this Second Amendment to
Condominium Declaration and the First Amended Map,the original Declaration and the
Amendment to Condominium Declaration shall remain in full force and effect. The Map
as set forth in B. above is terminated as set forth in 3. Above.
