Vail, CO 81657 December 2, 2010 To Whom It May Concern: As General Manager and Agent of the Vail Spa Condominium Owners Association, please accept this letter in regards to the air conditioning installation performed by the owners of Vail Spa #510, JKA Properties (Arnold Brown, Raymond & Selma Weisbein, Principals) in August 2010. Although the Board of Directors was not provided with the opportunity to approve the installation of a central air- conditioning system prior to the work being done, nor did the Board have a chance to approve the location of the roof -top unit as our governing documents allow, please allow this letter to serve as post - installation approval of the location of the roof -top unit, provided that the current location meets all TOV Design Review requirements. This letter solely approves the current location; the Board in no way makes assumptions as to compliance of work completed with TOV Building Codes.
