To whom it may concern:
This letter is to acknowledge BoQrd approval at Casa Del Sol #8 for replacement of
2 slider glass back doors and 2 ad jacent windows per attached change request. The
Board approves the architectural revision with the following conditions:
• Construction shall be in accordance with the submitted application and
picture.
• All Town of Vail Building Code and Design review Board requirements are
met.
• No construction debris stored on-site and daily cleanup required.
• Call management for inspection when pro ject is completed for final sign off.
• The homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated with the project.
The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have no financictl or
legal recourse against the HOA, for any reason what so ever.
• All siding and trim must be replaced to match existing.
• Construction can't occur over Thanksgiving week or December 23�d , 2010
through January 3�d, 2011. Outside of these restricted periods construction
can only take place Monday through Friday during the hours of 9�OOAM to
5:OOPM.
