The look is to match the "Kelly Liken" signage in the photo. We feel this is a nice accent to the building to define the commercial spaces from the residential building facade and provide important signage to the business customers. We are looking for an approval in a week to get these ordered and installed before winter weather season. Please advise as soon as possible on this request. Staff Review The Administrator (a member of the Planning Staf� will review and either approve a Design Review application, approve it with conditions, deny the application, or refer the application to the Design Review Board for a decision. All trees proposed to be removed must be marked. The appli- cant must ensure that staking done during the winter is not buried by snow. The applicant, or their representative(s), shall be present at the Design Review Board public meeting.
