Please issue the foliowing design information for the addition of a dedicated cooling unit for the audio visual
room in the Cabela's condominium at Manor Voil. This design removcs the ventilation fan und replaces it
with a coolin�only unit to maintain space tempernturo. Unit sizing is 6ased on the assumecl cooling load of
17,470 BTUI-I for existing equipment and potential equipment to be added later(9,520 BTUH�depending on '
Comcasl upgrades. Please issue Uiis information to U�e contractor at your convenience. ,

A. New cooling unit to be LGi model LC246HV which includes the indoor and outdoor unit.
Capacities include:
