1. A Colorado Registered Engineer's stamp or N.I.C.E.T level III (min) stamp
2. Equipment cut sheets of materials

4. A State of Colorado contractor registration number
5. Plans must be submitted by a Registered Fire Protection Contractor

RE: Vail Gatewav Plaza unit 200 at 12 Vail Rd.
Mr. Vaughan,
This letter is intended to describe the full scope of work for changes to the fire sprinkler system that will
be performed by Western States Fire Protection at Gateway Plaza unit 200.
Required modifications to the manual standpipe system are as follows.
: Relocate two existing sprinkler heads to accommodate new office walls.
All added materials will be compatible with the existing steel pipe wet system.
It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work
described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is
required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970-618-3294.
