An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. Design Review approval lapses unless sign is installed within one year of the approval. Changes to text and logos on maze covers are permitted for the 2010-2011 ski season. 4. The bell tree sign in Golden Peak shall be replaced with a sign to be approved by Town Staff. 5. The sign on the door next to Chair 6 shall be replaced with a sign to be approved by Town Staff. 6. Signage for Eagle's Nest Restaurants is not approved and shall be replaced with a sign to be approved by Town Staff. 7. Any additional signs need to be reviewed by Town Staff prior to installation.
