HomeMy WebLinkAboutMiddle Creek Affordable Housing 2003.PDF / l f `� __ \ �s�� 1 , 1Vliddle Creek TCO General Conditions • During the TCO all construction matenal will be inside 1 of the 2 fenced Construction matenal areas • These areas will be properly signed"Construction personnel only" • All construction personnel will be required to wear hard hats These will -- be required both for safety(per Shaw safety requirements) and so that • Shaw management is able to readily identify construction workers from the public. • Shaw personnel will inspect construction fence daily, both inside the buildmg and outside, to mamtam safety, secunty, and the cleanest appearance possible Construction and Resident parking - • Construction parkmg will be behmd fence in the garage, surface parking north of"A"buildmg, or at the ELC only. • Resident parkmg will be m all open parking spaces in buildmg "C" covered parkmg Interior/Exterior Work Exterior 1 Work to be done m exit passages whether remedial or otherwise will occur between the hours of 9 00 AM and 4 00 PM Monday through Friday +, 2 All work to be done m these areas will be done with the proper cautionary signage and public protection in place \ 3 As work progresses towards unit completion in the highlighted \ "Saddle bag"unrts. This will be scheduled through Shaw The same signage required in item#2 will be utilized, and matenal will be stocked by floor only. 4. Work remaimng in these areas consists of the following• 1 Mmor stucco and pamt touch up 2 Cleanmg 3 Movmg necessary matenal to saddlebags to finish mterior umt work Interior North, southeast, and south saddlebags are complete through drywall The work that still needs to be done is the following 1. Tape and texture 2 Pamt 3 Casework and tnm 4. Mep tnm 5. Carpet/Vmyl 6. Hardware/accessories 7. Appliances �.- � , �.r � �'�'..Ir 1 -- " ' _ ,/ � ! 1 1 Fire Alarm Remediation The following list is the order in which the units will be prepared and inspected for fire department approval • The apartments will be done three at a time • In each apartment there will be 2-3 electricians, a person to patch drywall, and a representative from Middle Creek Apartments • The fire alarm devices will be mstalled ��o��� � � ��� ` � L r � • The alarms will be pretested with the doors on �i� ��,,P� • Doors will be removed until the alarm can be tested by the fire department • A test will then be scheduled with fire department by pods • Doors will be remstalled for this test • After the alarms are certified by the fire department doors will remain in place
