as shown and previously defined on the Third Amended and Restated Condominium Map of The Vail
Mountain Lodge Condominiums as recorded on January 25, 2005 at Reception No. 904315.
5. This Second Supplement to the Third Amended and Restated Condominium Map is filed and
recorded concurrently with that certain Seventh Amendment to the Amended and Restated
Declaration for Vail Mountain Lodge Condominiums, which amends the Amended and Restated
Condominium Declaration recorded on January 3, 2000 at Reception No. 719433 in the real property
records of Eagle County, Colorado (as amended by that First Amendment recorded February 15, 2002
at Reception No. 786161, by that Second Amendment recorded June 10, 2002 at Reception No.
798231, by that Third Amendment recorded November 14, 2003 at Reception No. 858005, and by
that Fourth Amendment recorded December 22, 2004, at Reception No. 901521, by that Fifth
Amendment recorded January 25, 2005 at Reception No. 904314, by that Sixth Amendment recorded
December 7, 2006 at Reception No. 200633241, and by the Seventh Amendment therein, and from
time to time, the "Restated Declaration"). This 2nd Supplemental Map is subject to the Restated
Declaration.
6. This property is subject to easements, restrictions, and rights—of—ways as shown on the
Condominium Map of Vail Club Condominiums, recorded August 24, 1984 in Book 393 at Page 326
as, Reception No. 289622, and the Amended and Restated Condominium Map of Vail Club
Condominiums recorded January 3, 2000 as Reception No. 719434, and the Second Amended and
Restated Condominium Map recorded February 15, 2002 as, Reception No. 786160, and Third
Amended and Restated Condominium Map recorded January 25, 2005 as, Reception No. 904315 and
the Supplement to the Third Amended and Restated Condominium Map The Vail Mountain Lodge

9. Record easements were derived from the Title Commitment provided by Stewart Title Guaranty
Company with an effective date of September 14, 2010, Order No. 936162—c3, Title Commitment

V50030007, and the Final Plot of Vail Village, First Filing as recorded on August 16, 1962 as

Mountain Lodge Condominiums, according to Restated Declaration, has expanded, erected upon, improved, altered
and integrated portions of the Project, specifically (i) a portion of the Limited Common Elements on the third
floor of the Project related to Expanding Owners Commercial Unit 3 and with the consent of Owner of Residential
Unit A, subdivided and converted such area into a Unit (referred to on this Supplement as the "Hallway Unit A")
and combined the Hallway Unit A into Residential Unit A; (ii) a portion of the Limited Common Elements on the
third floor of the Project related to Expanding Owners Commercial Unit 3 and, with the consent of Owners of
Residential Unit B, subdivided and converted such area into a Unit (referred to in this Supplement as the "Hallway
Unit B") and combined the Hallway Unit 8 into Residential Unit B; and (iii) relocated certain Access Easements;
all as an Expanding Renovation in accordance with Section 20.2 of the Restated Declaration and all as more fully
described and depicted on this Second Supplement to Third Amended and Restated Condominium Map. As
required under Section 7.2 and Section 20.2 of the Restated Declaration, Expanding Owner prepares and submits
this Second Supplement to Third Amended and Restated Condominium Map to show the changes made to the
Project.
