Dear Mr. Bailey,
A complaint has been filed with the Town of Vail in regards to your property located at 413 Gore Creek Drive Suite 4. The complaint alleges that the property is being used in violation
of the building code adopted by the Town of Vail. Specifically, the use of a loft space as a bedroom that has not been designed for such use would be a violation of the towns building
code. A copy of the code section is attached for your reference.
In order to use the loft as a bedroom a building permit will be required. The building permit is the instrument used to insure the protection of the life safety and welfare of the occupant(s)
for the proposed use.
