Mr. Bigsby,
The permit has been extended to expire on 9/01/2011. Failure to show an approved inspection by this date the permit shall expire and a new permit shall be required to be applied for.
Please be aware no further extensions will be granted.

I just spoke with Lynn at Community Development regarding an extension of our building permit which was granted on 9/2/2010 and she indicated that I should direct my correspondence and
request to you.
As we were delayed last summer and fall due to weather conditions we will need to obtain an extension on our TOV permit as work will begin this spring as soon as the weather allows.
I would appreciate your assistance and prompt consideration in this matter and should you have additional questions please direct them us at bigsby1968@yahoo.com or (970) 476-0677.
Please acknowledge receipt of this request and advise us should additional forms or information be required.
