residence located at 1290 Westhaven Circle does not comply with the requirements of Section
14-IOF, Outdoor Lighting, Vail Town Code.
Please submit revised plans, in conformance with the requirements of the Town Code, to the
Town of Vail Community Development Department by no later than Wednesday, October 1,
2003.

Hello Mr. Gibson,
Thank you for reviewing the previous submittal with us last week. We have revised tfie drawings, fixture
schedule and cut-sheets for your review.
Attached are the following documents for your review of the exterior lighting for lot 26 in the Westhaven
subdivision a.ka. the Lazier residence at 1290 Westhaven Circle —
2— Full size plan sets, '/4 inch scale
2— 11 x 17 " plan sheets, not to scale
4— Fixture schedule with cut sheets
We have removed several "security" recessed fixtures and labeled them as security illumination to be
controlled by a system in the alarm mode. There will not be a switch for the homeowner to activate these
fixtures marked S 10 on four control zones.
As per TOV regulations this lot is allowed to have 33 fi�ures. The plan now shows 33 fi�ures.
Please call with any questions or clarifications you may have fro a prompt response.
We look forward to the results of the review. Please fax a copy of your findings to the above number.
