American Protection Systems, Inc. will be modifying the existing Fire Alarm system for
a remodel of the tenant space listed above.

The scope of work will include:
1) Minor relocation of 4 existing devices.
2) Addition of one strobe.
3) Replacement of all conventional detectors with new intelligent types. Existing
wire to remain.
4) Relocation of pull stations per Vail Fire Code and addition of addressable module
to each..
5) Final inspection.
Battery calculations to remain unchanged. All devices will be installed per NFPA72,
NEC, and all local codes. All indicating circuit wiring to be 14/2 FPL minimum, all
initiation circuit wiring to be 18/2 FPL minimum. Plenum rated wire to be used in all
plenum spaces. All devices are UL listed for inter-coinpatibility.
