General Information:
All projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. Please
refer to the submittal requirements for the particular approval that is requested. An application for Design Review
cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. The
project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and /or the Planning and Environmental Commission.
Design review approval lapses unless a building permit is issued and construction commences within
one year of the approval.

RE: Arrabelle Temporary Facilities DRB Submittal
Dear George:
Enclosed you will find a DRB submittal for temporary facilitates at the Arrabelle site.
Enclosed is the following:
1. Applicaion form and filing fee of $650.
2. Revised site plan for the temporary building (this plan depicts the 20' separation
requested by P.W.
3. Revised building elevations (depicting lighting locations)
4. Cut sheet for exterior lighting
5. Temporary loading plans prepared by Alpine Engineering and SGM.
Colors for the ticket building are as per the colored elevation submitted with the PEC
application.
Neither the PEC or staff review has resulted in changes to the plans for the temporary
loading facility.
