Mr. Ratliff requested confirmation that water and sewer service will be provided to the subject Project. This letter serves to confirm that: • The Project noted above is included in the boundaries of the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (District) for both domestic water and sewer service. Public infrastructure is in place to serve the property. Public Water • The District has sufficient water and distribution capacity available to serve the Project. • The District will provide water service to the Project, subject to the property owner complying with the District's Rules and Regulations. Public Sewer • The District has sufficient sewer conveyance and wastewater treatment capacity to serve the Project. • The District will provide sewer service to the Project, subject to the property owner complying with the District's Rules and Regulations. Summary of Project and Tap Fees • The following describes the District's understanding of the Project and uses of the Property at completion of the Project: Description SFE* 19 residence club units; 51,364 sf gross area 20 16 condominium units; 55,894 sf gross area 20 28 Employee units; 9,516 sf 28 121 Accommodation units; 86,299 sf gross area 42 Retail /restaurant use, 1.5 -inch commercial meter 5.8 *SFE = Single Family Equivalent, as defined in the District's Rules and Regulations 4\ WATER, WASTEWATER, OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT SERVICES Prior to the Project, water and sewer tap fees were paid and tap rights were maintained for the Property for the following uses: Account # Account Description SFE credit 841800 Alpine Standard 1 -inch commercial meter 2.6 842000 Holiday Inn accommodation units (12 1) 42 842000 Holiday Inn Commercial portion 1.5 -inch meter 5.8 • To cover the incremental increase in the water and sewer use by the Project, the following water and sewer tap fees were paid to the District on December 03, 2007: Water tap fees paid $379, 199.34 Sewer tap fees paid $301,465.28 • Based on the District's understanding of the project as summarized above, combining the historic water and sewer tap fees paid with the additional tap fees paid, all tap fees due have been paid for the Project. The District is ready to connect the Project to its public water and sewer systems. Ongoing service is contingent on compliance with the District's Rules and Regulations.
