The structure will be constructed of cast-in-place concrete with structural steel framing at the roof assembly. The floor framing for buildings will consist of concrete flat plate utilizing post- tension steel and regular reinforcing steel. The foundation system will consist of a combination of mat concrete slab and concrete spread footings. The basement wall will be 4 stories high along north elevation and 2 or 3 stories high at south perimeter. The lateral force will be resisted by concrete shear walls. The structure is designed in conformance with the 2003 International Building Code (IBC 2003). Structural Design Summary i.
