We observed the reinforcing steel for sizing, spacing, lap, clearance, cleanliness, epoxy placement, and depth. The reinforcing steel appeared to be placed in general accordance with the project plans and specifications. During our second visit, we observed the placement of the column reinforcing steel at Gridline A10/11.6 (C26C), A5 /7, A516 (C13), A2/6, A2 /7 (C5) and AG /6 (C19) up to the bottom of the thlyd level slab.
