2. Applicant must contact Public Worlcs Department at 479-3195 24 hours prior to commencing of work.
Fsilure to notify the To�vn will result in forfeiture of bond money.
3. Applicant is responsible for obtaining approvals from all u�ilit�� companies having an existing utility line within
the project site, applicanr has option of routin� application throubh the Public Worlcs office to obtain the
necessary Town of Vail signatures. Please allo�a� up to one week to process.
