Building Department Comments Architectural Comments: 1. Revise cover sheet to indicate 2009 IRC as adopted by Town of Vail. 2. Revise Rescheck to use 2009 IECC as adopted by Town of Vail. Structural Comments: Reviewed and accepted Plumbing Comments: 1. Provide gas pipe sizing calculations for proposed new appliances per section 402.3 IFGC.. Mechanical Comments: Reviewed and accepted Electrical Comments: Reviewed and accepted Planning Department Comments 1. Revise Sheets A003 to calculate the front entry and storage area as GRFA on both the lower level and main level plans. The storage area below the entry can not be deducted as a crawlspace since it is constructed directly above another deducted crawlspace.  The maximum 5 ft. height of a deducted crawlspace is measured from the earth to the structural members above.  Additionally, the floor-to-ceiling height in the entry is greater than 16 feet and is therefore defined as additional GRFA.
