Detailed Scope and Location of Work: The Weil - Mclain GV6 boiler that did the Building D/E connector entrance snowmelt
and foyer heating has failed. We will remove this failed boiler and install one new Lochinvar Knight WBN -151 93%
condensing boiler to replace the failed boiler. This boiler uses PVC for flue and combustion air and the previous boiler
used PVC and SS flue pipe so we will use the same termination points for the new flue and combustion pipes.
