GENERAL COMMENTS
● Submit four complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
Sheet A1.0
1. Annotate on plans the building codes that apply to this proposed work.
2. Indicate on plans the occupancy classification and building type. Assuming R3 and VB
Sheet A2.1
1. Annotate on plans the fire rating of the property line wall.
2. The proposed addition does not comply for fire rating, opening protection, and proximity to property line for openings as specified by Table 302.1 IRC. Revise all applicable sheets
to show code compliance.
Sheet A2.2
1. Show on site plan revised drainage plan and termination point. Indicate location of discharge. Reference section 1111.1 IPC.
