BUILDING COMMENTS Architectural Comments: Sheet #1 1. Provide cross-sectional details for proposed increase in opening at entrance. 2. Provide door type and u value showing compliance with the energy code. 3. Show or indicate location of all required CO detectors throughout the house as required by section R315 IRC. Sheet #2 1. Show how plans comply with the energy code. Previous space was an unconditioned space? Please clarify. 2. Indicate ceiling height on plans in compliance with the IRC 2009 edition. Structural Comments Sheet #1 1. Provide structural plans for increases in the door opening. Plumbing Comments: Mechanical Comments: Sheet #2 1. How is heat being provided to this space? Include heat loss calculations if using the existing mechanical system. Electrical Comments: Load Calculations 1. Clarify if the new loads are coming off the 600 amp service. If not, show location of panel loads being taken from and provide load calculations for that panel. PLANNING COMMENTS FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMENTS PUBLIC WORKS COMMENTS Staging plan approved, but no parking allowed on TOV ROW until after 4-15-2011 and until a Public Way Permit has been submitted and approved and issued.
