General Information: This application is for all changes to approved plans prior to Certificate of Occupancy. An ap-
plication for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development
Department. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building permit is issued and
construction commences.

1. Three (3) Copies of all pertinent approved plans with illustrated, labeted changes

Please find attached the application for "Changes to Approved Plans" for the development of a new single
family residence at I 15 Forest Road, Vail (Lot 30, Block 1, Vail Village I" Filing). The changes include:
I. the removal of the exterior roof overhang at the Dining Deck
2. modifications to the window schedule:
a. to fit within the selected Manufacturers window modules, and
b. glazing type modifications
