RE: Landmark Condominiums Tower North Fa�ade Renovation Mr. Olsen: � As part of our services for the Landmark Condominium Addition and Remodel, we have been asked to review the ability of the existing structure to support the exterior aesthetic modification of the existing tower. It is our understanding that the north fa�ade of the tower only will be modified with thin stone adhered to the structure for approximately 3 feet on the first level. The remainder of the north fa�ade will have a thin layer of stucco applied to hide the existing precast ribs.
