�� Supply DRB application number (i.e. DRB090001) or copy of DRB Action Form
d Architect stamp required on architectural plans. Architect or Engineer's stamp is required on
structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical plans. Remodel projects not disturbing fire resistive
construction within the building may not require stamped plans please contact TOV Building
Department staff with any questions.
o Building construction type, occupancy, fire sprinkler/alarm information and code analysis for existing
building shall be included on the plans.
