I am assuming that once the snow piles melt away that the grading will be leveled out thru this entire area. During my inspection I saw that there were some areas requiring attention on the south of the fence and boulders. Please let me know right away if that is not the case. Also as I believe I mentioned, that the Landmark may be requesting access thru the First Chair parking area when we embark upon the improving of our north deck on the eastern end of our property.
