As you probably have notice, the hall windows in Building A are in terrible condition; most of them will
not shut and lock shut. We have been messing with them for years and they are to the point of
needing to be replaced; they appear to be original windows. I ask Nedbo to provide us a quote for
replacing all the hall windows with new Pella windows. See attached.
Since we did not budget for this in this year's replacement budget, I would like for you to approve this
expenditure and have the windows replaced this spring. Call me or Patrick if you have any questions.
