To Whom it May Concern:
The purpose of the letter is to convey the approval of the 770 Potato Patch Drive
Condominium Association Unit 6 existing expansion of living space into the unit 6
storage area as depicted in the attached documents presented by the current owner Don
Lanphere. For the Town's purpose, this approval is contingent upon the Town requiring
a survey of the area to confirm that the area does not infringe or encumber unit 5.

RE: 770 Potato Patch, Unit 6, Owner Donald Lanphere
Dear Mrs. Dimond,
Attached is the submittal of the Design Review package for 770 Potato Patch, Unit 6, for Donald
Lanphere. The submittal will ask the Town to review the installed window within the 'Finished
Crawlspace' area. The Unit was surveyed by Peak Land Consultants and the size documented with
the attached drawings shown on sheet A0. I have shown on the GRFA sheet A0, the area of the
crawlspace that is over the 5' -0" height in the calculation for GRFA. There is a Survey, created by Peak
Land Consultants, showing that the finished crawlspace is directly under the unit 6 and does not
infringe under unit 5 to the west.
I have reviewed the 'Finished Crawlspace' with Marin Haeberle, and our design is satisfying the Town's
and building departments concerns sufficiently. Please review the attached information and let me and
Mr. Lanphere know if you require any further information.
