RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
● Submit 3 complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
1. Please provide plans designed by an architect showing penetrations of fire wall, walls installed without permits, and how repairs are to be made. See Town of Vail submittal requirements
2. All plans to be done to scale. See Town of Vail submittal requirements.
Plumbing Comments:
1. Provide plans designed by a registrant ( architect/engineer) showing pipe sizing, materials used, drainage slopes of existing and proposed. Plans shall adequately demonstrate code
compliance for tying into the common drainage system. See Town of Vail submittal requirements.
Electrical Comments:
1. Provide plans for the electrical systems installed without a permit.
