Mr. Johannes Faessler
20 Vail Road
Vail, Co 81657
I am demanding your co- operation in regard to your loading area located at your
rear entrance at 20 Vail Road. This area should be CONDEMED by the Town of Vail.
Your license to operate should be revoked!
I am asking the Town of Vail and any other organization that may help to voice their
concern. The Sonnenalp Hotel is willfully breaking the law. As per the attached
Town of Vail Code and pictures you will not the area in question to be shameful. Per
your Town Code there is NO screening to hide this mess and the area is used for
illegal parking that blocks the pedestrian walkways to foot traffic, you have to walk
in the street to get around this unsightly area.
The Vail Police Department should begin immediately issuing tickets to those
vehicles parked illegally. I would ask the Town Council to force the erection of a
screen that hides this awful area.
It is amazing that this mishap is allowed to exist on Vail Road, across from the Vail
Chapel... An area that every Vail quest has to walk past!
Your prompt attention is appreciated,

I guess the joke continues to be on the TOV and those in charge. If you look at the
pictures Mr. Faessler is rubbing this abuse right in your face.
I have attached the code for which he is blatantly violating. Please put a stop to this.
Your attention is appreciated!
