Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing — All construction needs to meet applicable current Building Code Requirements. All new and existing penetrations thru the rated floors and ceilings need to be adequately protected. Penetrations in a rated ceiling may need to have a rated hood installed or the use of a rated sock is to be employed. All new and existing floor penetrations in a rated floor are to be filled with fire safing insulation and/or fire caulk as required. 3. An Asbestos test may need to be preformed and a project checklist and testing results would need to be reported to the Town of Vail Building Department before the Permit would be issued. 4. Built -In Cabinetry/Closet Shelving/Ceiling Beams/Doors /Wood Floor — To match wood species, style, and finish of existing woodwork in the Residence. Provide Shop Drawings. 5. Existing Fire suppression system designed and installed by Allstate Fire Protection, any revisions to the system are to be coordinated thru them. Existing Fire Alarm system was designed and installed by Commercial Specialists of Western Colorado; any revisions to the system are to be coordinated thru them. 6. Comply with all Requirements of the Manor Vail Property Management Regulations related to Construction within the Property. Owner /Contractor/Manor Vail Lodge Agreement is already in place. 7. Schedule — Work to start on 4/25/11 and be complete by 6/24/11. Coordinate all work with Management Staff at Manor Vail Lodge. Coordinate Furniture /Accessory installation process with Slifer Designs. 8.
