Built -In Cabinetry/Closet Shelving/Ceiling Beams/Doors /Wood Floor — To match wood species, style, and finish of existing woodwork in the Residence. Provide Shop Drawings. 5. Existing Fire suppression system designed and installed by Allstate Fire Protection, any revisions to the system are to be coordinated thru them. Existing Fire Alarm system was designed and installed by Commercial Specialists of Western Colorado; any revisions to the system are to be coordinated thru them. 6. Comply with all Requirements of the Manor Vail Property Management Regulations related to Construction within the Property. Owner /Contractor/Manor Vail Lodge Agreement is already in place. 7. Schedule — Work to start on 4/25/11 and be complete by 6/24/11. Coordinate all work with Management Staff at Manor Vail Lodge.
