General Information:

Dear Ann:
The signs for North Face and One Track mind look great. It conforms with the Landmark Signage Program which
has already been approved by the TOV Design Review Board. I believe in turn, this meets with DRB
specifications. If so, my thinking is that you can take this letter -- and ask the TOV for staff approval, shortening
the review process.

Paul -- I think the signs look fine. But you need to make sure that they conform to the Signage Design Program of
the Landmark Building (I believe Joe Walker has the design specifications). This signage program has been
approved by DRB and it may only take staff approval or consent approval, alleviating the DRB process.
Let this email stand that the Landlord approves of the signage as long as it conforms to the rules and regulations
of the Landmark Building and the Town of Vail.
