It conforms with the Landmark Signage Program which has already been approved by the TOV Design Review Board. I believe in turn, this meets with DRB specifications. If so, my thinking is that you can take this letter -- and ask the TOV for staff approval, shortening the review process. But you need to make sure that they conform to the Signage Design Program of the Landmark Building (I believe Joe Walker has the design specifications). This signage program has been approved by DRB and it may only take staff approval or consent approval, alleviating the DRB process.
