Re: Landmark Commercial Comprehensive Signage Plan

VAIL, COLORADO
On behalf of the Landmark Commercial owners and tenants, Fritzlen Pierce Architects is pleased to
present the attached Comprehensive Signage Plan for The Landmark re-development project for
your review. This follows your prior approval of the sign brackets.
Please note this application is for only the Commercial portion of the signage plan.
The overall signage plan is provided herein to put the commercial portion in context with the
residential portion which will be addressed in greater detail in a future submittal.
We are requesting, with this submittal, approval of the proposed Commercial portion of the Signage
Plan on Wednesday, November 7, 2007.
Also, on behalf of one of the commercial tenants, we are submitting the proposed logo and Exterior
Projecting Sign for Ski Base for approval at the same meeting.
Further, we are presenting general awning designs which incorporate the Landmark logo on a series of
awnings to be located over windows on the second floor level of the commercial project for approval
at the same meeting.
Enclosed is our check for $50.00 for review of the plan. Individual tenants will be responsible for any
additional payments due at the time of their respective applications.
We look forward to meeting with you to present and discuss the signage plan.
