Changes to Approved Plans — Landmark Commercial
The requested changes are as follows:
VAIL, COLORADO
1. The owner requests that the door on the South side of the former General Store space be
replaced by a single sliding door on the Southwest corner.
2. A chiller has been specified to accommodate the conditioning of the Commercia) Space. We
propose to locate it on the Northeast side of the property adjacent to the stair. It is designed
to be hidden by a structure of four stone columns that will match the approved Landmark
Tower Stone. Metal (ouvers are shown in between the columns to allow airflow and visibly
hide the chiller.
3. We have proposed a design for the second level (Garage Level) South and West Elevations that
includes new windows, stone columns, new railing, and brise-soleil which is comprised of
beams similar to below and metal lovers to block direct sunlight The windows will be cased
with simple wood trim and the field will be stucco. The stone columns will match the design
below.
