Re: Scope of Work — 001452 Buffehr Creek Rd
The fire alarm system at the Brownstein Residence will have 3 smoke detectors &
sounders, and a heat detector relocated due to a reconfiguration of the downstairs
space. Additionally, one smoke detector and one saunder will be added to the system
ta meet initiation and audibility requirements. The battery calcs for the existing fire
alarm system are shown on the original plans along with the additions for the new
devices. All devices installed will be fully compatible with existing devices. The value
of our work is $2000.
Final device locations and quantities are subject to review by the AH].
