● Submit four complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
General comments
1. All plans and changes to plans to be sealed by the registrant and placed on the same size sheets.
2. Provide details for replacement of the handrails and guardrails to show compliance with current code requirements. See 2009 IBC Chapter 10
Structural Comments:
General Comments:
1. Provide special inspection agreement for third party testing. See Town of Vail submittal requirements. Forms are available on the Town of Vail web page
Plumbing Comments:
General Comments
1. Comment letter indicates plumbing plans included. Are not part of the reviewed set. Please provide. Note must be sealed by a registrant licensed in Colorado.
Mechanical Comments:
Reviewed and accepted based on scope of work
Electrical Comments:
General Comments
1. Provide location of heat trace to be replaced and panel locations
2. Include load commentary on plans
