cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. The
project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and /or the Planning and Environmental Commission.

Dear TOY,
Please review the signage request from the owner of Mountain Haus Unit 2 for placement on the
Building Directory sign on the Mountain Haus' West Entrance. This sign will occupy one of the
four squares established on the West Entrance Building Directory sign for this purpose.
The Mountain Haus has tentatively approved this sign in concept, if the TO approves the sign
Men the Mountain Naus Board of Managers will consider permanent approval at our December
Board of Managers meeting, With I pV approval this owner will have approval to display this sign
on a temporary basis, not to exceed December le, 2004-
