We have applied to th Town ofVail showing the minor lighting revisions from sconces to can lights. they are requiring a
simple return email from the HOA approving this minor change. Could you please review the attached plan showing the

Julie,
Prior to me approving the change to can lights I need approval from the HOA for this change. Please provide me with
something from the HOA saying this change is OK with them. Tomorrow is my last day in the office until May 31, so see
you can get it tomorrow prior to 4:00. Can be as simple as an email to me from the appropriate party on the HOA. The
HOA checked to box on the previous DRB application asking that all changes be reviewed by the HOA.
