General Information: This application is required for any sign that is located within the Town of Vail. All signs re-
quire Design Review approval. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be reviewed on-line at www.vailgov.com under
Vail Information—Town Code On-line (Title 11 Signs). An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all
required information is received by the Community Development Department. Design Review approval lapses unless
sign is installed within one year of the approval.

falls on unit C-4.

Attached is the jpg of the sign that Sign Designs prepared. I want to make sure it meets with your
approval before I submit the application to TOV. I'd like to submit on Friday for staff approval on
Tuesday.
Attached is the sign application that you need to sign as the owner of the property. Naturally, I
will pay the costs when I submit it to TOV. I put me as the contact information as your"Manager".
I am trying to figure out which tax parcel this window/Suite 1000 relate to. You own C-1, C-2, C-
3, C-4, and C-5, but I cannot tell from the Assessor's files which one is for suite 1000.
