Drain Pipe Repair Project

Problem: A section of 4" drain pipe in the kitchen area has degraded to the point that the
bottom of much of the pipe is missing. Also, a p-trap on a bar floor drain is broken/
corroded.
Scope: We plan to excavate a small area to expose the 4" pipe. We will then repair an
approximately 45' run of pipe by the cured-in-place pipe relining method. The bar floor
drain will be excavated to replace the p-trap and potentially more of the piping depending
on its condition.
Also, the 6" building drain will be CIPP relined to the main sewer pipe. The 6" pipe is
constructed of clay tile. This pipe is approaching its expected life span.
Cleanouts will be installed in the excavation area and the concrete floor will be repaired.
