The units affected are 255, 455, 555, 655, 201, 301, & 629 as noted on the enclosed plans. The repairs will involve removing the wear surface topping slabs and electric snowmelt mats, removing the fascia and trim surrounding the balconies, removing existing waterproofing systems, replacing the waterproofing, electrical snowmelt, and topping slabs, and associated stucco and other finishes repairs. It is contemplated that the existing railings will remain in place. All work will be per the original plans and details. There is no structural work associated with these repairs.
