Frontage Road The damage to the structure was confined to the southeast corner of the building. The work needed to restore finishes is confined to the wall, ceiling and attic in the car wash area and the exterior wall and soffits at the east and south. The wall construction is one layer of type "x" fire -rated gyp. bd. on 2 x 6 studs with R -19 fiberglas insulation and 7/16" osb. sheathing and exterior siding. The soffit material is 5/8" exterior grade gyp. bd. (face with metal to match at south eave). All interior drywall is to be fire -taped and painted to match existing. See enclosed plans for locations and restoration contract bid for specific fire remediation techniques. .
